The New Craft — Future-oriented consultancy

A new material
needs a new
discipline.

We build, assess, and communicate AI-era science, health-tech and government policy — turning early-stage work into programs, products, and strategy that the people who fund it, regulate it, and rely on it can actually trust.

The New Craft. Let's talk

New material. Old discipline.

I — About

Craft, applied
to what's new.

Craft has always been a response to a new material — clay, metal, language. The material now is AI: AI-discovered drugs, AI-driven diagnostics, algorithmic public health tools, the policies built around all of it. It's a domain so new that most people building in it don't yet have a settled way to talk about it, and most people communicating about it don't understand it deeply enough to be precise.

That's the gap The New Craft works in — and it's why we don't think of ourselves as a comms agency bolted onto someone else's work. We're involved earlier than that.

We're the researchers, the depth analysts, the translators of difficult material — the people trusted at the threshold. Illness, mortality, caregiving, vulnerability; what happens inside families and bodies and systems under strain. The hidden and the heavy that others can't, or won't, articulate.

  • 01 / 03

    Build.

We help shape the program, product, or policy itself from early strategy onward — not just the story told about it afterward.

  • 02 / 03

    Assess.

Before we communicate anything, we ask whether it actually holds up. Evidence first. Framing second.

  • 03 / 03

    Communicate.

We translate what's real into language that earns trust — for regulators, clinicians, governments, investors, and the public.

  • 01 / 07

    Precision.

We don't simplify the science until it's wrong.

  • 02 / 07

    Care.

We treat your work the way you treated the research.

  • 03 / 07

    Discernment.

We know what to say, what to leave out, and when silence is the better answer.

  • 04 / 07

    Depth.

Researcher first. We go under the surface of a claim before we help anyone stand on it.

  • 05 / 07

    Translation.

We render difficult material — clinical, technical, structural — into language that holds up under pressure.

  • 06 / 07

    Threshold.

People trust us with what's fragile. We honour that with the contract, the fee, and the boundary.

  • 07 / 07

    Integrity.

We won't oversell what AI can do. That's not craft — that's marketing.

We don't have a formula. We have a discipline.

— The stance —

What we do, at institutional grade, is building services and interventions, for people, when in crisis, when vulnerable. People feel safe with us, they feel cared for, understood, remembered, protected. The mechanism is trust.

II — Services

Five disciplines.
Three movements.

Everything we do falls into building, assessing, or communicating — usually all three, in sequence.

BUILD
  1. 1

    Strategy & Value Proposition

Before anything is said publicly, it has to be clear privately. We help define positioning, program design, and go-to-market strategy grounded in what your science or technology actually does.

  2. 2

    Public Health Program Design

Working alongside governments and institutions to design interventions — not just announce them — built for real stakeholder complexity and measurable public health outcomes.

ASSESS
  1. 3

    Evidence & Communication Audit

Before we help anyone talk about a product, program, or claim, we check whether it's ready to be talked about. Where the evidence is strong, where it isn't, and what that means for how — or whether — to communicate it yet.

COMMUNICATE
  1. 4

    Science & Health Communication

Translating AI-driven, clinical, and technical work into language that holds up under scrutiny — for regulators, clinicians, journalists, patients, and the public.

  2. 5

    Brand & Identity

Naming, visual identity, and brand systems built for sectors where credibility is the actual product. Nothing borrowed from consumer-tech playbooks that don't fit medicine or public health.

  3. 6

    Advisory / Fractional Support

Ongoing senior counsel across build, assess, and communicate — for teams who need judgment, not just a department.

III — Sectors

Built for domains where the stakes are real.

01 / 03

Frontier Tech

We help build the positioning before the public conversation gets ahead of the technology — and assess, honestly, what's ready to be said.

02 / 03

Health Tech & Med Tech

Bridging clinical credibility and commercial clarity — building the value proposition from the evidence up, not the pitch down.

03 / 03

Government & Public Health

Involved in building the intervention itself, assessing what's working as it rolls out, and communicating it in ways that earn — and keep — public trust.

V — Team

Andra is a digital product developer, science communicator, and advocate. She studied brain health and preventative health at the University of Bern, Faculty of Medicine; digital product design and development at UnternehmerTUM Munich; and social science and equity policies at the University of Bucharest.

In her work she intertwines social and cultural insights, technology expertise, and an innate ethical approach. She's worked with technology start-ups for more than a decade in high-impact industries — healthcare IT, medical imaging, preventative health, XR and VR in medical training, and agentic AI for enterprise orchestration.

She propagates horizontal organizational structures, empathetic leadership, and inclusive design principles — diving into detail while keeping the bigger picture in view.
